10) Sesame Street Clubhouse
Ok, so there was never a clubhouse on Sesame Street, nobody cared because this set was jam packed with features like a trap door, revolving door and a tire swing. Not to mention interesting graffiti professing David's love for Maria, which must make Luis crazy to this day!

I was at a flea market the other day and saw the Sesame Street Clubhouse - but it was an Old West themed building (I want to say 'Saloon' but clearly it couldn't be a pre-school saloon - this isn't Playmobil!)
Anyways, it got me wondering if this set was the wild west theme first and later re-constituted into a Sesame Street Clubhouse. It definitely makes more sense as a Wild West set than a Sesame Street set, when you think about it.

A few differences, but the sets clearly share the same platform.
I had the barn set and wonder what ever happened to that? I saw one for sale at an antique store and they wanted $65 for it!! Also had the airplane & garage and I WANT the castle now!!!
