Delicious monsters that stay crunchy in milk

These cool BooBerry and Frankenberry puppets were in the 1977 Kenner catalog, which makes sense considering that Kenner was owned by General Mills. Booberry was my favourite cereal as a kid, they stopped making anything but Count Chocula here in the late seventies.

I've noticed that stores will often stock Booberry & Frankenberry during Halloween. Start checking the shelves!

Grrrr! This is one of those things that makes being Canadian sucky.

General Mills used to let you order it directly from their site (the other Monster cereals too!). I just checked and they aren't doing that anymore. Damn. I have found it at Target before, though.

Booberry always looked kind of drunk to me. The ghost of Otis...
