Summer People
This is the cast of every Italian Zombie/Canibal film I've ever seen (and brother, I've seen a bunch).

Pod Stallions 61: Superman!
We return once again with an all new Pod Stallions and in celebration of the Man of Steel's 80th birthday we thought we'd make him our topic (We haven't done this one right? Cause it feels real familiar).
So we dig right in and talk about George Reeves, Filmation, the Super Friends, Dean Cain, Superboy, Mego figures and we finish along the way with what we think of the current incarnation of the Man of Steel.
Sidetrack conversations include Records, Michael J Pollard sightings, the Martian Chronicles, another "Brian was a dumb kid" story, local tv celebrities, Spawn and a whole long diatribe about Condor Man.
Can you read our mind? Listen along and tell us!
What's your favourite Superman incarnation? give us spirited debate on our facebook wall.
Plenty more content on the PodStallions Facebook page!

Satin Jammies
They look like members of a dojo where they teach cuddling and spooning.

Empire Bedding
For a second I wondered if anybody collects the multitude of different Star Wars themed bedsheets that have come out but of course, someone does.
My biggest question is how to display it, do you have a room full of beds?

Talking Books
I honestly don't remember talking books but i love it's "low tech" concept of it basically being a talking doll in book form. I'd love to play with one now.

Rain Coat Season 1977
I think I'll go with King Kong this Spring, there is something about that movie poster that just screams 1977!

Super People 78
When Star Wars figures came out, all my favourites from previous Christmases got sent to the Black and White pages often discounted.
I didn't mind at the time but now it kind of makes me a little sad, save for the awesome team up of Steve Austin and Spider-Man, that just rules.

The Playdate
When your mum would have an old friend over and she'd have a kid your age, usually a nightmare, that you'd be forced to play with?
This kid is giving me that vibe, I'm a little scared of him. Don't touch my stuff!

Did anyone else grow up thinking that inflatable furniture would be a bigger part of our daily lives?

Sweathogs Vs Fonzie
Even as a kid, I knew the Sweathogs bike really belonged to Big Jim, they clearly stole it.

Armatron
Armatron was the last toy I ever got for Christmas and man, was I excited. I spent months thinking about how cool it would be to own a robot arm.
I remember getting it and it did everything it said but I guess I had built it up so much in my mind it could never live up to my mental model. I did get pretty good at it though.

Smile!
It's ironic that all of this would soon be replaced by the frowning face of Garfield...

Mom's strike back
I'd like to go back in time and change my mum's subscription from "Canadian Living" to "Woman's Day", it seems like the "Cool mom" magazine.

1981 Lone Ranger Catalog by Gabriel Toys
The Lone Ranger was riding high in 1981 thanks to a popular Saturday morning Cartoon series (by my favourite company Filmation) and the promise of a big budget film (that didn't work out so good).
So, Gabriel Toys blasted the toy shelves with two distinct toy lines, a relaunch of their popular 1970s 9" Toy line and a 3 3/4" line so you could have Tonto get a sasparilla in the Creature Cantina!

Space:1999 The Alien
There is something so charming about a company shoving an old toy into a new license's box and hoping nobody would notice.
