The nice thing about these is that the collar is so big you can turn it up and hide you embarrassed face from the public.
This is, in truth, a rare picture of a shaved Blade, the Vampire hunter (you can see her girlfriend Safron in the background). For some reason, he was a huge fan of those big size collars.

What is happening with his neck? It looks like the prosthetic neck piece is sliding down and laying on the collar on the right side. So weird looking!
