Oh wow! Mr. Mouth!!! I'd forgot about that game! My Nana used to have it at her house for all the grandkids to play with when we'd visit. I wonder where it is today... wish I still had it!
Ok. what was that darn thing in the center square? I HAD one, but don't remember anything about it except that I used it as a 'phone' when the batteries ran out.
Merlin was a number game - I actually found one MIB from the late 70's at a Flea Market for a buck. Anyone notice what high prices everything has? Geez, that's high for NOW for some of those things - like the stuffed Octopus.
Due to recent events, I'm limiting comments to google account holders only. Sorry if you're a decent person affected by this but the spam has gotten weird.
You and me both! I would ride off into the sunset laughing at the great deals I just got on a brand new Big Wheels as well!

ReplyDeleteMan. 22.49 was a gob of cash back then.
That's a Merlin if I'm not mistaken, super high tech then. It's a dollar store toy now though.

ReplyDeleteYup I remember that Merlin game as well!
ReplyDeleteAnd that isn't a stuffed octopus - it's a "Stretch Armstrong" type octopus. I had a blue one and my sister had a pink one.
