Gloom, Despair and Agony On Me

salute! I done smelled a skunk

Yes, you are reading that correctly, it says "Overalls in a HEE HAW print" as in that show that was on opposite of Lawrence Welk. Was this show popular with the playground crew? Wearing these where I grew up would be the equivilant of being caught dressing up my cats.

Not available in "Junior Samples" size.

  1. And by all means, wear your Hee-Haw overalls without a shirt to complete the look.

Do you think this kid ever lived this down? He could be a high-powered lawyer or CEO today.. then a co-worker finds this picture and hangs copies of it all over the office. Doomed.

  4. I'll see your denim ones and raise you a pair of brown ones. That's what I wore in preschool.

Off to make a shrink appointment...

  7. My friend's little brother had a pair. He was a chubby kid, so they must have come in "husky" as well. He had his school picture taken in them, which was prominently displayed on the faux brick foyer.

  10. Sadly I had a pair of these too as did two other girls at school. We used to wear them on the same day. On purpose. I'm glad my parents never ever took pictures of me growing up cause I know my siblings would NEVER let me hear the end of it.

  13. I have to admit that in 1993-94 (I was a Jr in HS) I had bought a pair of the Hee Haw Print ones in Pidgeon Forge, TN as a joke and wore them to school.... They were a hit... everyone thought they were awesome! I lost them after graduating and would love to find another pair (just for shits n giggles if nothing else!)
