I swear that the graphics program we had on our Apple IIc long ago either came with a flood-fill pattern just like P722-724, or I created one just like it as a kid... ;-)
These would make great 70s carpet/ curtain patterns, but slacks? Not even during the 70s. Sometimes it seems this kind of clothing existed only in the catalogs.
Exactly. I think 70s clothing catalogs were some kind of portal into another dimension, as there certainly wasn't anyone wearing these ludicrous fashions in ours.
