Some Sesame Street Toy Love

You can't go wrong with a whole page of Sesame Street goodness like this 1978 Eatons Circular has. I still have my Fisher Price clubhouse and my kids use it every day. I do however find the Bert and Ernie Puppets on this page slightly disturbing.

"Aaaaaaaggggghhhh!"

  2. Dude. The B + E scream made my day.

  3. Those look like they are fuzzy, or at least, the head is made of some sort of fabric. My brother had an Ernie puppet, but the head was made of some sort of rubber. It wasn't screaming in pain either...

  4. Those are some scary looking puppets. Scary but warm and fuzzy at the same time.

  6. I have the plush Cookie Monster on that page -- it's over at my parents' place among my other teddy bears. I used to have a pair of regular stuffed Bert and Ernie (not the screaming puppets!) and their heads were indeed fuzzy.

  7. I had the Bert & Ernie puppets many moons ago though the heads were indeed made of a rubber material.
They and my G.I. Joes argued alot.
